As a bareboat charter operation, we are required to provide you with options for captains, and once you've selected one, it is your responsibility as the charterer to pay their fee and the fuel fee separately on the day of the trip.

Weather Policy The policy for canceling due to weather conditions is as follows: If the average chance of rain during your rental period based on the Google Weather app for Miami/Hollywood is 80% or higher, or if the average hourly wind speed during your rental period based on the same app is 25 mph or higher, the rental may be canceled without penalty. This applies to the total duration of the rental period and will be calculated as a percentage of the hourly rate. In any other situation, both parties must agree on a fair term. Once the rental has started, there will be no refunds or rescheduling unless agreed upon prior to departure. If you need to cancel due to weather conditions, you must do so at least 6 hours before the trip departure time. If it starts raining just before the trip is starting, you can also cancel. The Google Weather website will be used as a reference for hourly weather conditions.
