Max Limit)/150hp Yamaha 4-stroke/outboard engine/heavily cushioned seating/oversized retractable bimini top/rear boarding platform/grab handles/non-skid deck surface/large storage areas/all necessary USCG approved safety equipment. Hello! Welcome to Jacks Marina! We are a full service commercial boat rental company located along the Famous John’s Pass Boardwalk in Madeira Beach, Florida. We have several different sized boats to choose from in order to suit your needs for a small or big party. Our staff is experienced in helping you, your friends and family make memories that last a lifetime! *Our hours of operation are from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. We offer four or eight hour rentals on our boats, one or two hour rentals on the Waverunners. We give you just over 26 miles of intercostal waterways to explore, going all the way south of us to Shell Key Beach and as far north as Clearwater Pass just before you reach the Gulf of Mexico. *Sorry, unfortunately none of our boats are allowed into the Gulf of Mexico due to insurance regulation*. Additional Terms & Information

MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT AND OPERATE THE BOAT*. *No boats are allowed into the GULF of MEXICO due to insurance regulations.* The Renter will fill out a lease agreement upon arriving at our location. We ask that the renter and their party arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled rental start time, by not getting to our location early, you could potentially be cutting into your on the water time. There is NO refund or pro-ration for your reserved time slot if you did not come in at least 30 minutes early. We are a commercial company using Get My Boats Site, our hours of operation are from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Our Cancellation/Rescheduling policy is as Follows: ---BOAT RENTAL CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: --- *If cancelled / rescheduled within 24 hours there is no refund. (This includes reservations placed within 24 hours or the scheduled departure time/date.) (waived in the case of foul weather and we are not able to send out equipment). *If cancelled / rescheduled 24-72 hours out a $75.00 fee per boat will be charged to the credit card holding the reservation (waived in the case of foul weather and we are not able to send out equipment). *If cancelled / rescheduled more than 72 hours out, there is no fee to reschedule to a future date. If cancelled, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining balance will be refunded. If a party will be arriving late the marina must be notified ahead of the scheduled departure day/time so we don't consider the party a no-show! If no-show* on the day of rental, the full charge for the boat(s) reserved will be applied to the credit card. •Foul weather is determined by marina staff based on a combination of real time observations and National Weather Service predictions. Do not assume the local TV weather report is accurate, call marina for official foul weather determination. Isolated / unforeseen rain encountered during the time a rental boat is being used is not a reason for discount or refund. **A no-show is considered over one hour late for a half day rental or over two hours late for a full day rental. PLEASE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVED TIME.
