Weather is one factor we cannot control. The captain of the boat will determine if a cancellation is required and if so a full refund will be issued. We can pick your party up at a number of different locations Please reach out and let us know where you are staying and we can work out the best pick up spot for your trip. If you now show you rental fee is forfeit. Our charter starts at the designated time. If you are not on board within 30 minutes of the start without communicating with us, we will assume you are a no show. No illegal drugs are allowed on the vessel at anytime. No one under 21 years of age is allowed o consume alcohol while on the vessel. You are responsible for your behavior. We want you to have fun but if the captain determines your actions are endangering the other passengers or the vessel, they can stop the charter immediately and you will not be given a refund. Holiday and Special Event Pricing may be higher.
