Boat Rules: We want the excursion to be a memorable and most of all, a fun party! We allow alcohol including in glass but we prefer plastic when possible. Please remove shoes prior to boarding, no red wine, no recreational drugs of any kind, no smoking (vaping is welcome), and we prefer passengers to be over 21 or with family. Guests 18 to 21 are welcome as long as legal drinking age is followed. No guests under that age of 18 without adults in the group. Let's have a fun and memorable day on the water and keep things legal and as safe as possible! We offer a full refund within 3 days of the rental and will work with your group to reschedule for very bad or unsafe weather conditions. It rains almost every day in South Florida and is part of the climate but severe weather, that includes high winds and lighting can be dangerous. In a case of unsafe weather, for the safety of all, we prefer to reschedule. Late and no-show: The charter begins and ends when it is scheduled and no refunds for late or no-show guests, unless there are very serious circumstances like a medical emergency or serious accident en route. Safety: We have standard, coast guard approved life vests, throw ring, flares and fire extinguishers. We encourage all guests to bring their own life vests and wear their own, or our life vests if desired. Not everyone feels completely comfortable on the water and we want all guests to feel as safe as possible.
