Our crew vessel are held to some of the highest safety standards in the world. Keep in mind that for a vessel to legally carry more than 6 passengers for hire, it must be inspected annually by the US Coast Guard, unless the client provides their own captain. We are fully compliant with all federal regulations. This is a private charter and you will use our captain. You are responsible for all damages caused by your guests.
