Stand Up Paddling is a great sport for anyone who loves being on the water. We use large boards (10'4 in Length) and can hold up to (110kg in weight). We will show you how to use your board, hold your paddle and what to do when you fall in from holding a balancing pose too long! SUP Yoga Yoga on a paddleboard is a true connection to nature, your body and having FUN! Even seasoned yogis will find a new perspective on the board. Our SUPsavsana is known to be the best in town!
