BOAT PICK UP LOCATION: You will park at the Smith Lake Dam Public Boat Launch . One of our staff members will have your boat waiting at one of the two boat docks. They will also assist you with loading the fueled and ready to go at the at the n their parking lot and a member of our staff will take you down to the dock. You will receive an instruction email following your booking and one day prior to your arrival. NOTE: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental. CANCELATION POLICY: Cancellations must be submitted 14 or more days before your rental date for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of your rental date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental date will forfeit all (100%) of the rental cost. NO SHOWS will be charged for the entire amount of the booking on the renter’s credit card. Cancellations must be made in writing. The time/date on the email we receive will govern the cancelation time/date. WEATHER: We unfortunately can not control Alabama weather….. But, we will work with you when it comes to severe weather. Cancellations due to severe weather are determined on your rental day. We do not cancel due to weather forecasts. We will call you on the day of your booking to either reschedule or refund your full rental amount. Please note, severe weather DOES NOT mean cloudy skies, slight to moderate wind, or rain. Our recommendation is to come down to the dock and hope for the best.
