We requires a 24 hour cancellation notice for a full refund. Should the company cancel the cruise due to weather conditions a full refund or rebooking will be offered. No refunds will be given for no-show bookings or late arrivals. The boat leaves precisely at the scheduled time and it is suggested to be at our facilities no less than 30 minutes early. Our dolphin and snorkel tours leave daily at 10am and 2pm.
