50% refund up to 5 days prior.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: No boat can leave the dock without having paid 100% of the reservation. Cancellations up to 5 days in advance, 50% of the total trip will be refunded. Cancellations less than 5 days in advance and cases of "no show" will not give rise to a refund. If due to natural conditions it is not possible to make the trip, the client may reschedule a new departure or request the full refund paid. Rain is not an impediment to navigation, so it will not be a valid cause for cancellation of the reservation unless there is a red flag that forbids navigation. In the event that the weather conditions are not favorable that day, the return to cartagena must be done at 3 pm. And the rest of time the guest will be able to enjoy it in the bay of Cartagena.
