Wetsuit 2, - Euro per course Course Content SUP Beginners Course In SUP course for beginners you learn in groups of up to max. 9 students per instructor the basics of Stehpaddelns. These include: security, material and paddling techniques. Handling of the equipment (paddles, board), attitude and position on the SUP board, paddle correct attitude, first paddle strokes, tips for controlling and in emergencies. After a short theoretical briefing you will learn the Stand Up Paddling on the water with tricks and techniques to get quickly to the SUP board deal.
