We will sleep on the sailboat in the middle of nature when possible or in ports sheltered from the currents of the Atlantic when the captain considers it necessary and we will witness unforgettable sunsets. All routes are developed by us carefully and with great care, with which we achieve a perfect balance between quality and price. We also have the continuous support of our office in Isla Cristina. The Marismas de Odiel Natural Park is located south of Huelva, on the right bank of the mouth of the Odiel river. In 1984, Paraje Natural was declared, along with the Enmedio Island and the Marsh of the Burro, but the importance of these Marshlands meant that they were also declared as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1983. he confluence of several zones , the sea, the mouth of two rivers and the dunes of the coast, together with the alternation of the tides, form a very active sedimentation system forming silts, clays and sand that constantly change the morphology of the marshes. The birds that are in this area can be more than 300 species, due to the abundance of food to be an area rich in fish, insects and reptiles. The most common bird species in these marshes are the Flamingos, with a large colony, the Spoonbills, the Gray Heron, being the most important colony in Europe, the Imperial Heron, the Crane, the Marsh Harrier and the Black Stork among others. The mouth of the Guadalquivir is one of the most impressive places in Europe. In Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the river has the Doñana National Park on one side, on the other, salt marshes, salt flats, singular pine forests and estuaries. A whole set of ecosystems loaded with biodiversity. The Bajo de Guía, Doñana Natural Park, the Bonanza marshes, the Algaida pine forests, lagoons such as the Taredo lagoons, pedestrian paths, ecological routes that show the plant and fauna richness, doñana antechamber. The park, its inhabitants, look out over the banks of the Guadalquivir, behind the canals and canals of the rice fields of the southeast of Doñana. In the center of the Atlantic coast of the province, on a large wet area, is the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park. Despite the high human pressure, almost intact areas are preserved, such as the Marismas de Sancti Petri and the Isla del Trocadero, declared Natural Sites. Around them, Phoenician and Roman remains were found, such as the Temple of Hercules, on the Island of Sancti Petri, and the old port on the Caño del Trocadero, linked to trade with the Indies. And the important strategic and defensive value of this area influenced the early appearance, 3,000 years ago, of human settlements in the Bay, which have left an exceptional heritage of ancient fortifications. The intrusion of the sea and the mouths of the Guadalete and San Pedro rivers, together with the mild Mediterranean climate, determine the ecological characteristics of this wetland and its great landscape diversity: beaches, dunes, lagoons, marshes and estuaries. Its position between the natural parks of Doñana and the Strait make it a privileged enclave to observe the birds that migrate between Europe and Africa. On the beaches, the visitor will spot gannets, cormorants, yellow-legged gulls and waders as well as oystercatchers, as well as sandpipers, colipintas needles, little terns and patinated black plover. Other inhabitants are the elegant flamenco and the osprey. We will also have the opportunity to see cetaceans when approaching the strait, where the killer whales chase the bluefin tuna in their migrations. From the surroundings of Barbate to Caños de Meca and inland to Vejer de la Frontera, one of the most beautiful natural parks in Andalusia, the Natural Park of La Breña and Marismas del Barbate, extends. It distinguishes up to five different ecosystems: marine, cliff, pine, marshes and dune systems. Stresses the impressive Tajo de Barbate which, with more than 100 meters high, is the most notorious cliff of the Andalusian Atlantic. The pine forest extends until skirting the cliff, where Aleppo pine coexists with juniper groves and abundant junipers. It is best to go on horseback, highlighting the path of the Torre del Tajo that culminates in a beautiful panorama. This is one of the watchtowers that in the XV and XVI centuries alerted about pirate ships and that, later, witnessed the Battle of Trafalgar. The sea at this time of year is very calm, so navigation becomes very comfortable and safe. E ste trip is suitable for everyone even if you have never sailed. We wanted to bring our travelers another way of traveling through Spain, away from mass tourism, with small groups and expert guides. We are a team of biologists, historians and nature technicians based on the reliability of the project. The infrastructure would also have to be ours so that the quality depended exclusively on us. We prepare carefully designed itineraries with great care and consider the essential accommodation. That's why we chose it in Faro del Sur on the front line of the coast and in front of a beautiful natural landscape. In the north we opted for a manor house of Indianos reformed to give maximum comfort and warmth in an incomparable environment. We achieve a perfect balance between quality and price.
