No hard alcohol is allowed on the Boat. The Boat ride commences as soon as the agreed time is past, regardless if the consumer is present at the boat. This Vessel is not a place of rowdiness and party atmosphere, any such activity deemed excessive by the Captain will Result in the termination of the Boat ride with out a refund.
