Included in the price: a) Rent and insurance of the boat with all its equipment. b)Crew. c) Mooring in base port. Not included in the price: a) Fuel expenses. b) Mooring expenses outside the base port. c) Food and drinks. d) 50% Rental Payment which is payable upon arrival of your chosen day of charter, paid by cash or card APA: In some cases, there will be an additional payment of the APA (Provision Progress): The landlord will be charged for all expenses related to fuel, mooring costs outside the base port, food and beverages and any other particular service you may request. In order to cover the costs, an advance for provisioning (APA) will be required, which is between 15% - 30% of the rental price. At the end of the charter and if requested during the rental the captain will present a complete accounting of all expenses, either with a refund of the money not spent or a request for payment if the APA has been exceeded. NB.* This will be mentioned within your quotation upon reservation Security deposit: The security deposit is necessary in some cases for manned yachts, this deposit covers damages attributable to negligence, accidents or misuse of the boat. Transfer expenses: The boat's transfer costs can be applied to rentals that require the yacht to start or finish the charter outside its base port. Payment method: 1st delivery: 50% of the rental fee is paid upon signing the contract. 2nd delivery: 50% rest of the fee + APA (if applicable) + Transfer expenses (if applicable) + Deposit (if applicable) payment to be made before shipment. Taxes: The rental fee is subject to rates of the country of navigation, in Spain VAT of 21% Crew tips: If you think the crew has been excellent, it is customary to offer a tip between 5% - 10% of the rental fee
