Mark was absolutely awesome. He was extremely professional and the boat was exactly as expected. My friends and I went out for a few hours to celebrate my birthday and is was everything I wanted! My friends had a great time too.
Pam was AWESOME!!!! Flawless communication - she got back to me with a booking offer so quickly, and every time I messaged her she would respond very promptly. She’s very friendly, very hospitable, and Serenity is superb! We had bad weather conditions (fog suddenly rolled in after we departed), so we had to adjust our itinerary. Despite that, we still had an amazing time, so THANK YOU PAM!! Will definitely be booking with Pam again, hopefully without the fog!
The experience was perfect for my birthday trip. The boat was so comfortable and roomy. We had a relaxing sail filled with fun and great views at sea. The captain took pictures for us and made sure we had everything we needed and we’re safe. I would definitely book recommend and book again. Such a great birthday experience.
We had a fantastic time celebrating my boyfriend's birthday in 1920s Gatsby style. This yacht was the perfect backdrop. Carlos and Joe were fantastic. The space and views were gorgeous. The whole experience was an absolute blast. I highly recommend!
Our experience on this boat was amazing. Insanely clean, bathroom very clean. The captain and crew were the nicest, most accommodating people that I've ever had while renting a boat. They were very personal in the best way. The scenery was beautiful and the ride was so smooth. Everyone we came along with was so impressed with the boat. Thanks again for a little get away during this tough time because of Covid-19!
